    This class was tough, but easily modifiable for a beginner to fitness classes and lagree. The staff was super helpful, and the instructor came by to check on everyone throughout the class. It was very welcoming. I think it’ll take a couple of classes to get used to the names and positions of the moves. I like that the class targeted all muscle groups so I feel like I got a good full body workout. Will be back!
