Job is amazing. He always designs a different focus point for each class. What stands up is, there are never “pause-stop-restart” or static moments during the entire flow: the connection between each posture is a truly continuous vinyasa. Regarding the challenge level, I could tell that it is more like a junior “Yoga Hot/Power” or a senior “Slow Flow”. But that is exactly what my husband and I love it the most: not to easy or too hard, a perfect combo of breathing, stretching and the room for self-challenge:)

Love the space! Parking was easy peasy midday on Friday. I like the options of yoga, hot pilates. and cycling. The quotes around the studio caught my eye, I really liked that. Lockers available rocked. The showers reminded me of being at a nice day spa like Burke Williams or something. EO shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in showers. Los Gatos is fancy, but I didn’t get a pretentious vibe at all, the space was welcoming! I took a Vinyasa Yoga class with Kalani and she rocked. Her cues helped me get deeper in half moon & I almost caught more air in crow! I think because I was more open and warmed up thanks to her sequence which started with a lot of stretching wasting the body into more. Cadence of the sequence was really nice. The class was not heated and she had great music. Props available strap, different types of blocks. The studio was clean. The gal up front Payton was kind and welcoming. Overall, 5 stars! Look forward to going back.

Great class for slowly getting back into yoga for those who have been practicing mamas and for those who haven’t been in a while.. or brand new! You can bring baby with you into class: leave them in the car seat, stroller, have them lay in front of you on a blanket. The baby doesn’t do yoga, lol. Only Mama. There’s no judgement, if you need to feed the baby, walk around, play with the baby in between or during poses then it’s all good. This is a light hearted class and takes the pressure off of having the baby not make noise.

Juicy slow flow and the instructor was very articulate, offering many explorations and meditation throughout a well paced flow. Power Yoga @ Laurel

My second power yoga class with Rachel: thorough, sweaty, a centering way to start the day. Friendly community of regulars. Peaceful space with many events happening. Some challenging poses not in my practice I can aspire to.

Maiya is a prenatal yoga goddess. She has such a calming and grounding voice. Her instructions are so good and clear that you can keep your eyes closed and follow the whole class. Sat class is very popular. Get there early. Don’t be late. BYOM

    Flow + Restore

Emily is my new favorite instructor! She has such a kind, calming presence and the sequence felt super intuitive and nourishing for my body. Her cueing felt very supportive, just the right amount of instruction. I loved the balance of flow with restorative poses. Just what I needed! And the studio is honestly the most beautiful I’ve been to! Views of the mountains and the glistening water from giant windows.

The instructor was very nice and had a very good energy. Described each pose which was helpful when I couldn’t look at him during a pose. I felt great afterwards! Sonoma Yoga provides yoga mat, blocks, roller all equipment for the class. Bring a reusable water bottle to class and you can refill at the yoga studio.
