Bench station: 6 per side bird dog row, 10 dumbbell pullovers, 12 bicep curls, then repeat and decrease bicep curl reps by 2 each round. Turf station: 12 hollow hold single-arm fly alternating arms, 16 medicine ball twists, 10 medicine ball rainbow slams, then repeat. Treadmill station: fast pace to 6 calories, 2 push-ups to alternating toe taps, repeat and add 2 calories and 2 pushup reps each round. Cage station: bench press 6-8 reps (reps in reserve), 10 band tricep pulldowns. There was also a warmup, 2 minutes of abs after the stations, and cool down stretching.

see all reviewsGreat class! Two things I struggle with in this class: 1) the lights are really dim, it can be so hard to see. 2) the music is soooo loud. It’s really hard to hear the instructor. I’m 25, and I love a good club experience, but it’s a little much for a workout class imo. These two things made my first couple classes tough. But after a couple of classes, I am getting the hang of things!

Separately, I wonder who chooses what is on the TVs in the women's locker room (clearly not a woman). Maybe they can switch it up or not have all screens on the same BS? Lastly, "influencers" in the locker room with tripods is uncomfortable AF. Best kept secret: THE SAUNA! But bring your own towels!
