FYI dance cardio might be more challenging if you don’t have any dance background and/or familiarity with basic steps like chasse and pas de bourree.

The combination of twists really helped me to get much needed stretches and the art session allowed me to reflect on the need to take a break and listen to my body when I need a moment or just relax. I appreciated the session with Emily. She helped me to stay grounded and anchored while finding an internal peace and allowing me to have a very cool experience. I would take this class again. During the art session, I drew a picture that I will put on my fridge as a reminder to celebrate small wins, finding my peace, and exploring the ways to stay anchored.

The instructor was great, however it was very fast paced so I was glad to have yoga experience so I could keep up. Definitely a challenging workout. Also, music was great! Definitely recommend bringing a yoga towel to cover your mat if you have one.
