The massage was nice and the sauna add-on is a great concept to end the overall experience. The reason for four stars is because although the experience was mainly enjoyable and relaxing, during the sauna portion one of the staff members was on a phone call on speaker. Between that and unfortunately, a car alarm repeatedly going off, it was a little difficult to fully relax. The car going off wasn’t their fault but being on the phone with someone for 10+ minutes could have been avoided I think. Overall enjoyed myself and would go back!

I believe the room was shared with the red light therapy (I saw it on when I walked in) and you could hear it when people walked in and out. But let me tell you, Celeste rocked my world. Her deep tissue pressure was hard but so necessary for someone like me whose anxiety and stress just gets stored in their body. You gotta literally breathe through the intensity at times (and she tells you as such) but it is worth it on the other side. And I didn’t tell her too much but she is super great at knowing where to work based on your body. I’ll definitely be back.
