    Best instructor I’ve had at Solidcore! She speaks clearly and focuses on each muscle group at a time so you aren’t racing to change springs or your position a bunch. I’m hard of hearing and have to wear ear plugs in the class to protect what hearing I have left, if I could take a quieter class here, I would be ecstatic. (My Apple Watch consistently tells me the volume of the classroom is at a damaging level).

    Studio 2 | Full Body - Boy Bands

    When I go to her classes, I really feel like I’m able to do *more* and I’m not self conscious about being 100%. Some of the other people at solidcore move like gazelles on those carriages but even if you don’t (like me), she really encourages you to try and even spells out what modifications are available. I love how she went around during lunges and gave everyone the option to use support without singling any person out. I’ll definitely try her class again. She encourages toes but doesn’t push it and doesn’t make you feel bad for not doing it. Because of that motivation, I find that I am more likely to try things that I simply don’t want to with other instructors. Go to her class!! Especially if you’ve been scared off by other classes at solidcore before. 🫶🏼

It was my first time at Bodyrok and she was very approachable and explained the machine to me before class. i STRUGGLED in this class and my whole body is sore this next day but it was an amazing workout.     I was so nervous to go because I thought the heat would be too much. It was the perfect amount of hot. It was beautiful dry heat that lent itself to the perfect conditions for warming up my muscles. The class was SO RELAXING AND ZEN. It was more of a mental workout than anything. I had to try hard to remain focused on being in the moment and pulling myself back when my thoughts ran away. The actual moves were slow and soft. I throughly enjoyed it and loved the instructor. I will definitely be back. This class is perfect for anyone who is interested in trying heated workouts.

He was upbeat, well aware of everyone’s movements, always walking around correcting us to make sure we were well positioned (which I appreciated bc I wasn’t doing it right 🫢). He kept saying everybody’s names which I think was a great idea: it kept everybody very engaged and letting them know he was having an eye on them. Encouraging everyone. We had newbies and he was not letting them give up! Great trainer, happy motivating, and contagious upbeat positive energy. 🫶🏻
