She was personable, had personality, music was great also you can tell she walks the walk! She’s a knowledgeable trainer and highly skilled. She’s not only “textbook knowledgeable” she knows how to lead a room full of adults with confidence and clarity. I will def be going back to her! The only thing about TM is that I wish it had more diversity — it’s so weird, obviously seems like they want to attract one type of client which is not a good look. Even their IG reflects the lack of diversity and inclusion. You guys have full power and control over that —- do something about it. It does matter and it goes a long way.

Throughout the class, I faced some self-limiting thoughts during the more challenging workouts, but Vanessa’s support made all the difference. Her positive energy and encouragement kept me motivated and pushed me to do my best. After the class, she even said goodbye with a warm smile, which left me feeling great about the whole experience.
