    Always love Lavince’s classes. My first slow yoga class with her. Gentle enough for a slow yoga, but a bit too fast paced for me (might be just me from a long day at work 😅). Still, suitable for beginners in my opinion. Will return!

    Really fun class! Dian healed my spin class trauma! Loved the tracks chosen and the pacing of the workout. The only thing is the studio was not as well ventilated, so it felt stuffy very quickly. Thankfully it wasn’t a full class, otherwise would be very suffocating.
