It was a good first class because there were pauses and you can go at your own pace. Emily was a great instructor, super welcoming and demonstrated each station (there are also screens to show you as you go around). I’ll definitely be back and look forward to trying different class styles.

I’ve gone to classes where there were not even poles and students had to share and it feels like we’re not getting the most out of the class because of it. For this chair class it was so full that I couldn’t even fully do the dance moves because I was going to either hit another student, a pole, a chair, or a wall. I enjoy these classes but it really turns me off to signing up for certain classes because it’s frustrating and I don’t get as much from the class as I would want.
