The staff were aware it was my first time, greeted me kindly, showed me around, had a locker with my name on it welcoming me and introduced me to the instructor. Brianna was a happy, smiling and positive instructor who showed me how to use the bike and adjusted it to fit me. Her playlist was perfect for her fun intense workout and she continually encouraged the class in an upbeat way! Thank you for making this a perfect experience. I will be back!

Ian also gave me corrections on my form when necessary. It was obviously a group class but I still felt like he was attentive to each person. The place itself was easy to find and clean. At the end, Ian provided wipes for everyone to clean our equipment before putting things back. 10/10 would recommend!
