see all reviewsLovely class with a lovely teacher, but I found it very hard to enjoy it as the girl next to me was doing her own thing the entire time which was very distracting. I’d really appreciate if the teacher would gently remind people to follow along with the class (unless they are adapting due to injury or physical limitations) as it’s very disruptive to have someone flopping around trying to do handstands while everyone else is in malasana or falling over from arm balances while everyone else is resting in child’s pose.

see all reviewsSuper beautiful practice. Loved how the teacher guided us through deep and slow breaths and a gentle yet challenging vinyasa. Heavenly dozed off during savasana and sound bath. Only minus points: the door was opened only shortly before class; I prefer a calmer arrival. And: the floor is still very cold (I’d been once before to the studio to a yin class and it was really uncomfortably cold then). During the asana practice this time it was ok but during savasana I still felt the floor too chill.

see all reviewsI’ve been exploring different fitness studios in Barcelona, and today I had an amazing experience at Casa Paz! It was one of the best I've ever had 🤍 The instructor was fantastic 🤞 She gave me a tour of the studio and had such a calming presence. Even though it's centrally located, the studio feels like a peaceful escape from Barcelona's hustle and bustle. They have a chill room with all the amenities where you can relax before class. We did a vinyasa flow session that was intense but adaptable, thanks to the instructor's attention to everyone's comfort and varying skill levels. She was super attentive, constantly moving around the room to help us with our poses. I left the studio feeling elated 🫶

The coach was attentive: at the beginning she asked me if I had any injuries, she explained in detail all the technique, in case of anything she corrected me, this is all very important for me, in Barcelona, unfortunately, for some reason very few trainers do this. All in all, I loved it!

Challenging though it was, I really enjoyed it and will be coming back - Oksana made it comfortable, the girls at the reception are super nice and I’m OBSESSED with the fact that you can also have breakfast here as well as different options for drinks 🤍

Lo que más rescato es la atención de la instructora en revisar las posturas, ajustar y generar una experiencia muy inspiradora. Creo que un punto de mejora sería la limpieza de Mats y el piso de la sala que tenía pelusas y poco de polvo, también la música que en algún punto de la clase no estaba tan alineada a los movimientos que estaban siendo más fluidos y energéticos. Son solo detalles.
