see all reviewsABSOLUTELY loved it so much!! Very thorough in explanations and corrections as well! Didn’t feel pushed or anything. I will say it is definitely intense compared to other Pilates gyms I’ve attended but I loved it more for that! 1000% recommend and can’t wait to continue going!

see all reviewsSuch a great class! Jenna explains each movement in detail and how it can help specific muscles, relieving tension/fatigue so you’re not feeling stiff and uncomfortable 24/7. I recommend this class to everyone because it offers a lot of relief (especially after a long week or day).
