see all reviewsA fun but still challenging class. I was feeling pretty weak coming in from recovering, but all the moves were easy to get going and get comfortable with the movement. I love the layout here and Katie was very helpful. All the stations were very clear exercises were informative and had great energy at 5 am. The gym is big and sleek. Everyone was also friendly and welcoming with high-fives. I was drenched at the end and Katie took some time to walk with me through the space and talk more which is appreciated.

Unfortunately today multiple people showed up late (like 5-10 mins late!!) which is such a distraction. Obviously this isn’t the Burgs fault AT ALL and I’m not sure if a policy in place is the way to go, but it does take from the overall experience.

You go at your own pace or you can keep up. there were definitely moments I felt like I couldn't keep up but I never felt shamed or uncomfortable. it's nice to have a supportive group! they also have child care for the parents that need 1 hr to themselves!
