see all reviewsIt was a really good class. Im very new to fitness and a bit out of shape so some of the moves were really challenging for me- I had to take a few breaks to catch my breath especially with all those planks. But overall I wouldn’t say I was intimidated. I managed to do all the moves (but with some self-imposed breaks as mentioned) and it burned but the pace was just good enough that I never felt like it was too, too much. I’m also not the type of person who meditates so I thought that part would be weird but- and I say this will all honesty- I was AMAZED at how I felt almost emotional at the end. I don’t know why, maybe it’s because after that workout I felt more connected to my body than ever, but when Rachelle said ‘thank your body, thank your sweat’ I really felt it. Overall great class, a good balance of many things, didn’t feel too short or too long, and I left feeling great.

I needed a slower paced class and this delivered the healing that I was looking for. see all reviewsLove his sessions always. He’s a unique instructor, with the knowledge of the body that’s better than most. He also instructs clearly how to breathe with every movement. He encourages us to take risks and make mistakes in our practice to progress as students. His motivational words also help us get through every difficult breath. I almost gave up in one of my poses but because of what he said, I kept on in my pose and overcame the difficulty. Not every instructor can give us that motivation!

It was led by Hanna and she made me feel so comfortable and was an incredible instructor. All of the movements were easy to follow along and Hanna assisted when needed. This is something I actually really appreciated. Harmony has smaller classes so the instructors can pay close attention to form and when you’re new to working out this is a huge plus!
