While the weights were pretty light (only up to one 10kg plate), this section happened at the end of class anyway when we were all pretty gassed. The instructor was fire - so helpful with initial explanations/demos and throughout the class e.g checking resistance/rpms for the spin bikes or offering form corrections as needed. Also the facility is gorgeous and has everything you need to get ready afterwards.

I would not recommend it for complete beginners considering everything is super quick. Also, you need to decide on your own which dumbbell and kettlebell to use. The policy says to bring a towel, but it’s not required (only if you shower of course). Do not arrive earlier than 10 min because you will enter directly during the previous class (there is no reception, you enter in the training area as you step in).

Despite this being ran over in full and also the screens on the wall, I had to switch stations twice in the first 60 seconds because someone would rather take photos for Instagram than listen to where they’re supposed to be going.
