What stands up is, there are never “pause-stop-restart” or static moments during the entire flow: the connection between each posture is a truly continuous vinyasa. Regarding the challenge level, I could tell that it is more like a junior “Yoga Hot/Power” or a senior “Slow Flow”. But that is exactly what my husband and I love it the most: not to easy or too hard, a perfect combo of breathing, stretching and the room for self-challenge:)

see all reviewsJas always has fun and challenging sets. My only gripe really is with the studio , in general. Most people that attend don’t have great form and they go sooo fast. Most of the teachers do not correct them unfortunately. I wouldn’t say sculpt50 would be a good option if you’re just learning because you may pick up bad habits from the other students and you won’t be corrected by the teachers.

see all reviewsLove the space! Parking was easy peasy midday on Friday. I like the options of yoga, hot pilates. and cycling. The quotes around the studio caught my eye, I really liked that. Lockers available rocked. The showers reminded me of being at a nice day spa like Burke Williams or something. EO shampoo, conditioner and body wash available in showers. Los Gatos is fancy, but I didn’t get a pretentious vibe at all, the space was welcoming! I took a Vinyasa Yoga class with Kalani and she rocked. Her cues helped me get deeper in half moon & I almost caught more air in crow! I think because I was more open and warmed up thanks to her sequence which started with a lot of stretching wasting the body into more. Cadence of the sequence was really nice. The class was not heated and she had great music. Props available strap, different types of blocks. The studio was clean. The gal up front Payton was kind and welcoming. Overall, 5 stars! Look forward to going back.

The class is pretty intense, 45 mins activated all of your deep muscles! My body is shaking after the session and I sweated a lot! I read a lot of the reviews stating nobody helped them set up, get familiar with equipment, etc. But my experience was totally different. I arrived 25 mins before class started & the nice lady at the front desk helped me get set up. She gave me cycling shoes, showed me around & took time to set up the bike & show me how to get on & off the bike properly. The class itself was so much fun. Maggie was so great & encouraging & pushed you but also let you go at the pace you were comfortable with. I will definitely be back!

To get to the cheer class, you walk down toward the green turf and you’ll see doors on the far right to the room where class is held. I saw a bunch of people getting lost. Women’s locker room is downstairs. Anyway, this class is definitely a challenge. You work up a sweat with all the cardio. It’s quite fun and Keiko is a very upbeat teacher. It’s follow-along style, so if you wanted a guided lesson with techniques explained, this is not the class for you. I am a fast learner so I enjoyed it

I was immediately greeted as soon as I walked through the door and was given a quick tour and shown to my locker (which had my name and a personal welcome message!) Isaiah was the trainer and he was phenomenal! His energy was through the roof from start to finish and it was evident that he knew his stuff! Great workout and beginner friendly for those new to boxing and easy to enhance for those who have boxed before. Highly recommend!

Both the instructors, Amit and Brenda, were extremely involved in mentoring each and every individual. They would review forms, styles, postures etc. to ensure you’re doing it the right way.
