I felt welcomed coming in, was kindly introduced to the space and was shown how to throw basic punches. I brought my own gloves and towel. I purchased a pair of hand wraps and was helped to apply them. The class is beginner friendly and was able to go at my own pace. The coach clearly demonstrated each boxing combo and showed proper form. It was fun and had a great sweat session. Highly recommend for anyone who's new to this kind of workout like me and love to get a good sweat on.

She gave us options throughout class and also made adjustments as needed. Also, studio was stunning and immaculately clean. In addition, mats, bolsters, blankets and straps were provided. I am healing from a herniated disc that caused sciatica (I’m in my 20s) so it was a very difficult phase in my life where I wasn’t able to ambulate my entire left side of the body.
