First time with Angie although I’ve been to Pilates Plus so many times, I think she just usually teaches early morning classes that I don’t do lol.     Enjoyed this class very much. Perfect for winding down the evening. The flow was gentle yet challenging and Jenessia always offered modifications and was encouraging throughout. I loved the entire sound bath portion which was done with the main lights off leaving only the flickering of candlelight. The studio and staff have a lovely, welcoming energy. The studio was mostly full, but I did have an open space next to me. Parking is a little challenging, so I recommend leaving enough time to park and settle in comfortably. Alison teaches the 7am class on Tuesdays and Thursdays. On Tuesdays Alison will focus on punching out your goals for the ride.
