Temperature was great, not too hot or intense, and everyone kept to themselves. This was my first time at Rikk’s studio and being in the Marina for a workout class. I would definitely come back!

She even demonstrated some of the moves she’d have us doing later on in the class and had me try them myself prior so I could get a feel of how heavy or light each move was and see if I needed to make any adjustments with the weight. Also loved how I could hear her very clearly throughout. Song choices were also 10/10! Thanks Anna!

He taught we me the moves and helped me change my settings on my treadmill.
