see all reviewsThis class takes the cake and beat my butt. I thought I was gonna pass out and yak halfway through the class but got a burst of energy during cardio. 20/10 would come back. This class really puts you to work and makes you work for it blood, sweat and tears. Claude was really motivating. The playlist was on point and kept me going throughout. From the squats to the booty band and burpees, this is not for the faint of heart.
