Treadmill can go super fast but always go on your own pace. I definitely felt the burn, in the best way possible. I appreciate Alex and the team for being so kind throughout the process. I will definitely be back and recommend taking this class!

It was easier than the workouts I do on my own, as I usually lift heavier and there wasn’t really time to gauge what weights were best for me with each exercise. I took the kettebell + calisthenics class. That workout kicked my butt and I’m sore as I’m typing this, but I needed it. The coach did the exercises with us like a beast as he was teaching it. I’ll be back to check out his boxing class. I’ve passed this gym a bunch of times but this was my first time stopping in. Cool spot with some unique equipment and good training. I’ll be back for sure!

Saturday’s class is more weight lifting and muscle building focused and Sunday is all about cardio. It’s nice to be able to work out two days in a row and have two classes that focus on different muscle groups so you don’t feel too sore. Highly recommend both classes to anyone out there looking for a mini-weekend boot camp vibe.
