I think because the beats were clear so you would know when to change choreo. Interestingly she had shorter songs but it was INTENSE. Pacing was also done really well. We got a good slow warm up before we bring it up to the sprints and choreo. I find some other instructors go ham too early and you lose out energy right away (tho that might be a skill issue on my end haha)
